Alla Pugacheva in the video for the film “Chernobyl”
On the eve of the release of Danila Kozlovsky’s film “Chernobyl”, a music video of Alla Pugacheva appeared on the network, in which she reads Tatyana Snezhina’s poem “We are only guests in this life.”
According to the script of the video, the singer is sitting alone in an empty cinema hall, watching a film and reciting poetry.
Alla Pugacheva is an era. A name that absolutely everyone in our country knows. Great singer and person. For me, the meeting – albeit small, but the most important for me – and the joint work with Alla Borisovna became a colossal event. Especially for our film, Alla Borisovna completely brilliantly rethought her song “We are only guests in this life”, a new arrangement for which was written by the wonderful composer of the picture Oleg Karpachev,
– said Danila Kozlovsky.
As noted in the Central Partnetrship company, Alla Borisovna was one of the first to see the film, and he inspired her to a new piercing performance of Tatyana Snezhina’s composition.
Pugacheva’s spouse Maxim Galkin wrote that for his wife this is not just a “good film”.
This is part of her life, because in the distant 86th year, Alla and her team went to Pripyat with a concert at the request of the liquidators. The concert took place in the open air near the accident site. The risk was great. She could have refused, but she went anyway. For Alla, it was not only a professional feat, but also an impulse of the soul,
– he said.
The film “Chernobyl”, starring Danila Kozlovsky and Oksana Akinshina, will be released on 15 April.
