The plot is built around Lieutenant Denis Zhuravlev (Andrei Burkovsky), who in 1946 returns to a peaceful life and gets a job in the police. His boss, Major Shumeiko (Konstantin Khabensky), nicknamed Satan, – a man with a tough character, wayward. Zhuravlev is instructed to find a gang of a criminal nicknamed the Tick. This is where the fun begins.
This is a big project, and we were all actively preparing for filming – rehearsing, meeting with the director and other artists, discussing the details. I watched films about the post-war times to refresh my memory of that era. I was attracted by the role itself, the history and the time in which the events take place. The post-war theme is very interesting and global. I am generally interested in historical projects, especially when the script is cool, but here it is cool,
– Andrey Burkovsky shared.
The television premiere of the series will take place on the air of the NTV channel, and it will be possible to watch it online – on more.tv and in the online cinema Wink from Rostelecom.
