Back in 2017, Nastya Kamenskikh finished performing as part of the Potap and Nastya group and left for her solo project called NK. During this time, the singer managed to record several tracks that made her famous far beyond the borders of Russia and her native Ukraine, as well as to record her first completely Spanish-language album called Ecléctica, which will be released on September 18.

Today, Kamenskikh presented to fans a video for a song from this album with a title that means “cool” in Mexican slang. The four-minute music video turned out to be danceable and incendiary. It contains almost everything that the public usually associates Mexico with: people in sombreros and with maracas in their hands, cards, weapons. Kamensky herself appears in the video in four different and rapidly changing images, in which the cultures of the two countries – Ukraine and Mexico – are harmoniously combined.

I have long dreamed of sharing this video – and now I can finally do it! Rather, follow the link in the profile header and watch this dizzying, passionate and cool mix of Ukrainian and Mexican cultures!

– Kamenskikh announced her new work on Instagram.

Also in the video, the artist launched a dance challenge on TikTok: in the frame of the Kamenskikhs, she watches videos of her fans for this song with a smile, thereby urging them to join the online action.

Interestingly, the video was filmed even before the start of quarantine by clip-maker Leonid Kolosovsky. The premiere of the video was supposed to take place back in April, but in the end it was postponed to the fall, when the situation with the disease became more stable.

Earlier, Kamenskikh released another video from the same album, for the song Elefante. The video scored more than 100 million views on YouTube, and the composition itself quickly spread across the charts in Mexico, USA, Canada, Spain, Turkey and other countries.
